It looks like the undead might be on their way to a TV near you. Last Larry is a zombie movie in the vein of Shaun of the Dead, which is to say that it's more of a "tongue in cheek" type of zombie production, as opposed to a "serious" zombie production, which is just fine by me as I found Shaun of the Dead to be one of the most hilarious and engaging satires over the last 5 years. Larry will be a half hour show set in a predictably post-apocalyptic world where zombie run free and the remaining not-dead struggle to survive. Produced by Dana Gould and set to air on Comedy Central, the show is described as "a very traditional sitcom set in the world of a zombie holocaust." That doesn't sound too damn shabby. No word on stars or schedule.
