Regis Philbin was David Letterman's first guest after his 2000 heart bypass surgery...so it's fitting that Letterman will return the favor as Philbin's first guest when he returns to "Live With Regis and Kelly" this Thirsday. Philbin has been home recuperating for the last three weeks since he had triple bypass surgery.
