News > Law and Order Moving to TNT?

May 9, 2007

NBC is beefing up on new, original dramas, and it appears the roster may not have any more space for either Law and Order or one of its eighteen thousand spinoffs, Criminal Intent.

mentions that TNT already has a working relationship with the series (it seems like the channel broadcasts Law and Order reruns on a 24/7 basis), which would make the channel a perfect home for Law and Order or Criminal Intent, both of which have a 50-50 chance of cancellation.

Of course, the show will have to lower its budgets to match cable standards, but hey -- a cheap Law and Order is better than no Law and Order, right? Right?
