The man just can't stay away. HBO has just announced that they will be airing a documentary special about soldiers returning home from Iraq, entitled Alive Day Memories: Home from Iraq. According to TVGuide The show will be produced by James Gandolfini and Atta Boy Films. The show will explore the lives of newly veteraned soldiers from the point of view of 10 soldiers that have recently returned home. It will premier on September 9th, which is not-so-coincidentally two days before the 6th anniversary of 9/11. Tony as an anti-war activist? There's no word on which side of the war this show will fall, so don't jump to conclusions too quickly. That being said, it's hard to imagine a pro-war effort backing a film of this nature. We'll just have to wait and see, I suppose.
