Kelley series Life on Mars. The show, based on a BBC series, is about a detective who is mysteriously transported back to 1972 after his girlfriend is kidnapped. According to , Meaney will play Detective Hunt the head of the homicide department in 1972 who clashes violently with the time displaced Sam, played by O'Mara. Lenny Clarke has also been cast in the pilot. Could this show get any more Irish?
