In case you hadn't heard the news: Britney bombed on Sunday at the VMAs. She bombed real good.

And VH1 has decided to capitalize on it according to --not like they were going to sit back and do nothing--by airing two specials tonight starting at 8:30 pm est.

First, Britney's Shocking Moments '07, the All Access style is used to showcase the former pop star's further descent into cultural nightmare and being a younger, more desperate Joan Rivers.

That'll be followed by an hour long special hosted by shock-shlock blogger Perez Hilton, What Perez Sez.  This also furthers the rumor that MTV booked Spears with the intention to fail and thus promote their otherwise clunker of an awards' show.
