This one was bound to happen sooner or later. According to TVGuide, Ubisoft, the world videogame powerhouse, has announced plans to bring a game based on the NBC show Heroes to light. In the interest of preserving a certain level of authenticity, members of the Heroes writing and development staff will be overseeing the game development process. This is a very positive move, ensuring that, at the very least, the game won't suck...too much. It's interesting to see the Comic Book/Video Game world responding in reverse to the Heroes phenomenon. Shows and movies are usually based on pre-existing graphic novels and comics. Heroes sort of happened the wrong way around, with the show coming prior to the collection of generally accepted merchandise and franchise options...Heroes action figures, here we come.
