News > TW RECAP (Sorta): LOST, 05/23/07

May 24, 2007

Summary:

If you're a LOST fan, you've either already seen "Through the Looking Glass" (and loved it), or you're trying to find a way to download it before you get bombarded by spoilers. But if you still want a recap, you can check out or this. We'd still recommend actually watching the finale, however.

Reaction:

If you aren't a LOST fan, or if (like myself) you gave up on this season about halfway through, let it be known that this finale was interesting enough to make up for all the crap the viewer has been forced to deal with since the start of season one. There still haven't been nearly enough answers, but hell if this wasn't one of the best LOST episodes ever. As an ex-fan, it may be daunting to deal with the fact that you'll invariably have to wade through a dozen hours of mediocrity interspersed by random bits of genius to get to this finale, but it'll ultimately be worth it. Considering the 24 and Heroes finales could not have been more anticlimactic or disappointing, we need at least one show that manages to deliver the goods in a season finale.

LOST is that show.
