Now, why is it going to be horrific? Didn't you read the headline? Star Jones is going to be in it.
RealityTVWorld reports that Star Jones, who is evidently a real-life lawyer in her free time when she isn't eating Doritos or talking about how great she is, will appear in Law and Order: SVU's season finale this May. She'll be playing a lawyer, and -- depressingly -- will not be the violently murdered victim featured in the episode.
Frankly, I don't get it. First CSI gives Kevin Federline a role, and now Law and Order brings in Star Jones? Did the NBC TV execs just look at their 2007 lineup and say, "You know, I like what you've got here, but I've got one complaint...it isn't mediocre enough. Get me Star Jones, ASAP."
