BBC confirms Britney Spears will return this Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards. It will feature illusionist Criss Angel, as Spears goes through two of her newest songs released since divorcing ex-husband Kevin Federline. Since then, Spears has been a human train wreck, attacking paparazzi, shaving her head for cameras and donning a variety of wigs as she walks around in public.
The MTV show will be more spectacle, as usual, than anything of substance.
