Barry Sonnenfeld Week continues as we bring you the news that he will be directing the pilot of Luke Reiter's untitled legal drama. Two actors have just come aboard as well. Kurtwood Smith, whom we all know and love from RoboCop and That 70s Show, will play a character named Gene Whitacre. Whitacre is a veteran lawyer at the prestigious Mason & Kent civil firm. He's described by as "a ruthless lawyer but also a likable guy who takes the reins of the firm."

Frankie Faison (The Wire, Do The Right Thing) is also joining the cast as "Detective Lyle, a veteran homicide cop who is investigating a murder connected to Mason & Kent."
