Regis Philbin will be hosting a new version of classic gameshow Password for CBS. It will be called Million Dollar Password, and it will incorporate elements of all three previous Password incarnations, namely Password, Password Plus, and Super Password.  According to :

Two teams -- made up of one celeb and one contestant -- will compete to uncover secret passwords during the first round of the game. Winning team will then have the option of risking their coin in a million-dollar bonus round.

The original show aired from 1961-67 and had been revived a number of times during the 70s and 80s, but this will be its first time back on air in nearly twenty years.
