News > NBC re-ups Scrubs

May 15, 2007

It looks like the little hospital comedy that could has been renewed for a 7th season. TV Guide is reporting that Zach Braff, that guy from Clueless, and a couple of women will grace your screens once again, beginning this fall. While nothing is set in stone, it looks like the show has been picked up for a slightly truncated 18-episode season. Anyone hoping for a Seinfeld-esque dynasty run, however, should look elsewhere, as all accounts report this as being the show's siren season. Either way, you can hold yourself over for a farewell gasp, cross your fingers, and hope that the network manages to develop another drama/comedy about doctors. Oh yeah. We need more of those.
