Former MTV personality Karen Duffy is building on her relationship with TLC.

The cable network has ordered a half-hour crafts-themed pilot tentatively titled Crafty, hosted by the model/actress/author. In addition, TLC has wrapped primary shooting on House of Tiny Terrors, an hour-long show that also features Duffy as the host.

Terrors, based on the UK series House of Tiny Tearaways, is set to debut in December. The seven-episode series follows three families with troublesome toddlers as they receive expert counseling while living together for six days in a custom-designed home.

Duffy's relationship with TLC also has included hosting the network's Random Acts of Duff.

She continues to work as an entertainment correspondent for HBO. She also has been a Revlon spokesmodel and appeared in such films as Dumb & Dumber and Woody Allen's Celebrity.

Her books have included the memoir Model Patient: My Life As an Incurable Wise-Ass, in which she wrote about such topics as her diagnosis with sarcoidosis, a disease that attacks the central nervous system.
