Jeremey Sisto will take over for the talented (read: beautiful Milena Govich) on NBC's Law and Order next season. I, along with many others, question the wisdom of replacing a hot female detective with a, well, man. Dick Wolf works in mysterious ways, I suppose. Sisto, who is most well known for his role as Billy the crazy brother on HBO's Six Feet Under, will start work on the crime drama that never ends during its 18th season. He had a brief bit-part appearance during the show's season finale a couple of weeks back. This announcement comes on the heels of Fred Thompson's resignation from the show. The hard-but-tough District Attorney is rumored to be pursuing a "real" bid for the American presidency. Ronald Reagan 2. Great. While it might be easy to write off the future of L&O based on the two revelations above, it's just as easy to imagine this show continuing on for the rest of eternity. I'm honestly not sure which would be worse.
