News > Jeff Fahey Joins the Cast of Lost

August 28, 2007

Jeff Fahey, best known perhaps from The Lawnmower Man and most recently seen in Grindhouse: Planet Terror, has been added to the cast of Lost for the hit show's fourth season (beginning in January). Fahey is the fifth new cast member recruited along with Jeremy Davies, Lance Reddick, Ken Leung, and Rebecca Mader. Carlton Cuse told Entertainment Weekly that he was a big fan of Fahey's work saying that "he has the most intense eyes of any guy out there, and I say that as a non-gay man." The producers wouldn't divulge any information about Fahey's character, but say that he was the only choice for the role and that he has "exactly the right sensibilities" for the part. So I guess if you're familiar with his filmography, you should have an idea of what sort of character he's going to play.
