News > Jay Mohr is Not Gay

April 12, 2007

It was news to us, too. But not only is Jay Mohr not gay in real life, but he'll also be playing straight man (in both definitions of the phrase) on an upcoming, untitled CBS comedy. The sitcom, based on the lives of its creators, tracks the hardships of two friends/writing partners, one of whom is straight and the other gay. Brian Green will be playing Mohr's homosexual buddy.

Since the events are partially based on reality, it may be dismissive to call this Will & Grace with a gender switch.

Then again, maybe it isn't.
