"Grey's Anatomy" star and homophobe Isiah Washington has withdraw from the Emmy race. Probably a good idea.
If you were living under a rock, here's a recap - Washington called his castmate T.R. Knight a "faggot" which both slurred him and outed him as a gay man. After that, he tried to deny it and...well...things didn't go well. He was also bashed by his fellow cast at the Golden Globes, which he was attending as well.
So probably smart move big guy.
