There's another person to blame now for Isaiah Washington's firing from Grey's Anatomy: Patrick Dempsey. TVGuide reports that Washington appeared on Larry King Live on Monday to explain what happened in the battles that led up to Washington's dismissal. Starting out by saying, "Although I love Patrick Dempsey, I have to clear the air and tell what happened," Washington then explains why Patrick Dempsey helped ruin him.

Washington claims that Dempsey was late a number of times which resulted in an argument between the two which led to violence and Washington saying that he wouldn't be treated like a "p-word, b-word, or f-word." Why not? Everybody wants to be a pal, buddy, and friend right?

Washington also maintains that the f-word was not aimed at T.R. Knight and that it meant "someone who is weak, not deserving of respect." Knight told a different story of course, but since then he and Dempsey have been under gag-order allegedly (a smart move by the network).

Believe me, I'm as done with Isaiah Washington stories as anyone, but it continues to be news. I can't understand why he continues to take this so badly. Man alive.
