Josh Berman of CSI fame, has written a new dramedy called Drop Dead Diva about a model who dies and finds herself inhabiting the body of an overweight, less-than-attractive attorney. Berman told , "It's about deconstructing the beauty myth while discovering what's really important in life. This show brings me back to my comedic roots, and as a former lawyer, I look forward to exploring this arena." The show doesn't necessarily sound as bad as the title implies. Maybe it's just that I hate the word "diva."
