Fox is adding Jerry Bruckheimer's "Bait" to its development roster, reports Variety.

"Bait" revolves around privately contracted undercover agents tapped to entrap criminals. Jake Wade Wall, whose credits include the screenplay for the feature When a Stranger Calls, is penning the script.

The studio attached is Warner Bros. TV, where Bruckheimer is set up. Bruckheimer will executive produce, along with his TV head, Jonathan Littman. Wall is signed on as co-executive producer, while KristieAnne Reed is consulting producer.

At Fox, Bruckheimer TV and Warner Bros. TV are behind the upcoming legal procedural "Justice," which premieres August 30 at 9 p.m.
