So there have been a lot of reports of individual actors signing up for unknown roles and there have been some vague character descriptions without any idea as to what they had to do with anything in the Heroes universe, but now, thanks to here are some new actors and the characters they will play in season 2 of Heroes

David Anders of Alias will be playing Takezo Kensei, whom fans will remember as the 17th century Japanese swordsman that Hiro Nakamura admires and tries to emulate. Odd that they would choose a white actor for this role. I'm sure some Asians will be peeved. Let's just hope they don't make him up to look Japanese, D.W. Griffith style.

Eriko Tamura will play a Japanese princess. That's better.

Barry Shabaka Henley will play Detective Fuller, a New York cop.

Holt McCallany will play Ricky, leader of a group of Irish thugs.

Lyndsy (desperately needing vowels in my first name) Fondseca will play a sweet, hot, Southern Californian cheerleader named April. Dianna Agron will play the mean, hot, Southern Californian cheerleader. Supposedly these will be girls in Claire's new town.

These six are in addition to the previously annouced Dania Ramirez and Nick d'Agosto.
