Actor David Duchovny has been attached to a live-action, kids-oriented half hour program for Cartoon Network. CN is (oddly) trying to expand its live-action programming, according to . The new untitled series, from the creator of Even Stevens, has been described as follows:

The untitled project, written by [Matt] Dearborn, centers on a junior high school student from a long line of newsmen who turns his school AV Club into a hard-hitting citywide broadcast.

Well, this is something of a departure from The X-Files and Californication
