Once a Superman, always a Superman. Or maybe only a Superman is more appropriate. Think about it. George Reeves, Christopher Reeve, Dean Cain, Brandon Routh. When you think of any of these guys, you ONLY think about Superman (though Routh has an excuse, he's still young). Maybe you remember that Dean Cain hosted Ripley's Believe it or Not, but basically these guys never got a memorable role that didn't require blue tights. So indeed, Dean Cain is following Christopher Reeve's example and guest starring on the CW's Smallville. Cain will play a villainous killer named Dr. Curtis Knox. His episode will be the fourth of the seventh season, which begins September 27th, according to .
