The Game Show Network has ordered forty half-hour episodes of a new gameshow from BBC Worldwide America called How Much is Enough?. Hosted by Major League and LA Law star Corbin Bernsen, the show "features four contestants competing against a 'Money Clock' to win the most cash without being the greediest." The Hollywood Reporter has more in-depth details:

The game begins with five "Money Clocks" ranging in value from $1,000-$5,000. The players secretly buzz in each round as the amount of money is shown on the clock in an attempt to capture the second-highest amount of money each time as the "greediest" player gets nothing. After five rounds, the two players with the most money move on to the "Final Face-Off," in which the "Money Clock" counts upward, starting from zero. The first player to buzz in wins that amount of cash on the clock, and the greedier player goes home empty-handed.

GSN programming VP Jamie Roberts said, "It was so different and fresh, and we knew we wanted to get involved with it. The format is clean, simple and very straightforward, but it has surprising layers, and it takes real strategy to play it. This is going to be a network-defining show." As though a network called the Game Show Network needed definition.
