Thank God for this one, friends. E! has canceled their contract with Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie, which means that The Simple Life will not be returning for another season. This is absolutely fantastic news. According to TVGuide, the show was canceled due to waining interest and Hilton's overexposure as of late. "She (Paris) needs to take a TV nap." How very true. I, for one, am glad that America will never again be forced to sit through another interminable episode featuring the country's most spoiled, annoying, whiny bitches. This, coupled with Paris' recent dis-inheritance, coupled with her recent realization that she is not, in fact, immortal means that poor old Paris is in for some savage soul searching...or drinking.
