The 'Heroes' season finale has come and gone.  Some loved it, some hated it, and some are just ready for the next season.  As it is within the blogosphere, shiny new tidbits of info are already dropping all over the place, and to sate those who are shaking too hard to clutch their beers, I thought I'd just collect a few.  Again, there are spoilers for Season 2 of 'Heroes' in the following paragraphs, be warned.

Here we go:

-  Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) and Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) will be back next season, with Nathan saving the near-explosion Peter by dropping him in to a lake.  Also still living - Matt (Greg Grunberg), though the jury is still out on shadow-crawler D.L. (Leonard Roberts) and Linderman (Malcolm McDowell).

-  Hiro (Masi Oka) will spend the first few episodes (possibly six) in Japan ... IN THE 17TH CENTURY!  Yup, the time-travelling dweeb will spend a rumored six episodes scrambling to survive the war and find his way back home.  Could be awesome, could be TMNT III.

The big bad that Molly (Adair Tishler) said was "worse than the boogeyman" (Sylar) is a reality, and he/she will be introduced early, early next season.

-  The big news?  Next season (Vol. 2: Generations as it's being referred to) will start four month in to the future.  One character will be a raging drunk, another will be an amnesiac.

There you go.  I can't wait for the DVD set comes out on this show so I can get caught up for next season.
