Big-breasted goth chick, Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, is still alive?? And, at that, still popular??
Seems so, as Fox is holding an open, ahem, 'Casket Call', for contestants in their new reality show, 'The Search for the Next Elvira'.? Following in the long line of successor-seeking reality contests, a bunch of goth-happy assclowns, will face a number of challenges to see who has the gall to don the black, lacy lingerie, huge breasts, and black wig of the wildly unattractive Mistress of the Dark.?
Challenges will range from applying white makeup, crying black tears, walking your partner around on a collar for no discernible reason and being as big a waste of space as possible.? Oh goth-kids, why do I hate you so? ? Trying to keep as creepy as possible, Fox will air the show Friday, October the 13th, and then for three nights after, with the next Elvira, being chosen in the final episode. ?
Elvira always scared me when I was little, but I think it was less her creepy nature, and more the utter fear that I would somehow get trapped in between her giant cans and drown in a sea of goth-flesh.? Shudder.?
