News > 'Medium' Looking At Pick-Up

NBC has asked for additional scripts from semi-popular psychic-murder-procedural-thriller show "Medium." It's usually a good sign when a network asks for new scripts, as its one of the first steps in renewing a show for an additional season. I don't truly know if "Medium" was ever actually on the bubble, but the request should ease some troubled minds.
The show is in it's third season, and though I've never been drawn to the husky Arquette starring show, it certainly seems to have a rabid fan base. There were many a worries this year because of the show's decision to go up against "Lost" for the Wednesday 10PM slot. A pretty stupid decision if you ask me, but "Lost" is sort of flailing itself.
I'm certainly happier, because the Patricia Arquette is my mother's favorite show, and I think with out it the old bag might go even more senile. And that would be scary.
