News > "Lost" Finds Itself

May 17, 2007

Shocking. Trailing only American Idol, ABC's rapidly devolving tale of shipwrecked confusion experienced a wildly successful sweeps season. The show swept almost every key category and demographic during the 10 p.m. hour. Fox is still crushing the competition with its American Idol franchise. Things will only get worse over the next couple of weeks, as the final 3 episodes counting down to the season finale are aired. Other big winners included a farewell special to Mr. Bob Barker, Bones, and a bunch of nondescript, boring, targeted-at-old-people CBS shows. Sigh.
