It looks like the ladies over at ABC's The View will be filling the elephant-sized hole left by Rosie O'Donnell's departure last month. Rosie's absence has been a welcome change from her, ummm, presence. That woman is freaking horrible. As such , it would be hard to go wrong with her replacement. Sure, you could find someone that is far short of amazing, but just about anyone will seem like a relief after Ms. O'Donnell. That said, the show has decided to announce their new partner by the end of the week. Front runners include Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepard. Victoria Beckham had been rumored as a possible replacement, but according to TVGuide, Posh Spice on The View was never meant to be. Personally, I'm a bit upset that Hilary Clinton wasn't considered...Carry on, ladies.
