reports that ABC has picked comedienne Sherri Shepherd as the fifth host of The View. TubeWad reported on this earlier in the week so there's no need to belabor this too much, but Shepherd will replace Elizabeth Hasselbeck in November when she goes on maternity leave.
Shepherd was most recently seen in Who's Your Caddy?, which has landed firmly at the #1 spot on IMDb's Bottom 100, with a 1.1 rating. Nice work, people.
