News > Sopranos star gets in bed with Oprah

Well, metaphorically speaking, at least. TVGuide is reporting that Michael Imperiolli of HBOs recently deceased Sopranos will be starring in Oprah's made for TV movie Oprah Winfrey Presents Mitch Albom's For One More Day. It's probably just me, but I assess this as being just another ridiculous example of Oprah's book club invading our everyday lives. The movie stars the formerly hard core Christopher as a depressed ex-baseball slugger who is magically granted a 24 counsel with his deceased former manager. What the hell?? It also stars Oscar winner Ellytn Burstyn, so at the bare minimum the actors will look bemused and competent, but for the love of God...Oprah's Book Club strikes again.
