reports that Quarterlife, once an ABC pilot, will find a new distributor in Myspace.

Created by Ed Zwick and Marshall Herskovitz, Quarterlife will focus on a group of twentysomethings and how their lives play out. In the original ABC pilot, the show focused on a similar topic but based off a Magazine editor blogging about her co-workers and them finding out.

Zwick and Herskovitz plan to launch an accompanying social network as well, Quarterlife.com, for people to meet up on, as well as tie into the show.

There will be a total of 36 episodes, at 8 minutes a piece. MySpace will originally run the episode, followed by Quarterlife.com and then possibly moving it to iTunes or YouTube.

Despite MySpace's involvement, Zwick and Herskovitz will maintain creative control and distribution rights.

Zwick and Herskovitz were responsible for notable shows like Once and Again, My-So-Called-Life and thirtysomething.
