Last weeks Sopranos series finale ended with quite a lot loose ends. No one dies, nothing gets blown up, and no one gets pregnant. How terribly disappointing. The aftermath has spurned quite the debate over whether David Chase "did the right thing" but ending the series with such ambiguity. Just as the dust has begun to settle, Lost executive producer Carlton Cuse revealed a bit of information about his plans for wrapping up his show.

"We will not be ending with a blackout."

That's a pretty definitive statement. He went on to say that the show has a clearly defined ending in store, though he refused to reveal any sort of specifics (of course). The finale episode is quite a ways in the distance at the moment, scheduled to air in the Spring of 2010.

While next season won't begin until early 2008, the show will have a number of teaser "Mobi-episodes" that will be accessible to cell phone users, as well as available online.
