Let the 'Heroes' snowball of casting continue it's mighty tumble. Last week, viewers heard Dania Ramirez was joining the cast. This week it's Teen Beat (if that trash rag still existed) cover-boy Nick D'Agosto. He'll be stepping in as the much hyped boyfriend of indestructable hottie, Claire (Hayden Panettiere). Also, he'll be having some strange, and kooky powers himself. Hopefully the power involves all of Claire's clothing falling off ... a lot.
You've probably never seen D'Agosto, because as of yet he's been relegated to failed television shows and eye candy in indy movies (check him out in Rocket Science, dropping soon) but this'll surely give his career a little kick.
I'm worried about 'Heroes'. I'll be honest. So far all of the news and casting and aftermath from the pathetic season finale, have left a nasty taste in my mouth. Everything seems to be revolving around boyfriends and love, and I'm worried that the show's thinly veiled soap operatics will come out on top. The second season slump is dangerous and 'Heroes' is certainly a prime candidate for a spin-out.
