Adam Sandler's failed Comedy Central pilot Gay Robot may now be redeveloped as an animated series, reports the Hollywood Reporter. The original pilot, which has garnered a small cult following on the internet, features a homosexual artificial person and his supportive fraternity brothers searching for a homecoming date. The titular character is voiced by comedian Nick Swardson (Grandma's Boy, Reno 911!) who also co-wrote the original pilot. Offended people, cyborgs: standing by.
