David Greenwalt, the mastermind behind the WB's hit vampire show Angel has signed on with CBS to work on a new show. The upcoming series, entitled Moonlight, will be a, gasp, vampire detective show. Good lord. This man has really cornered a rather specific market. If only I could break into the "vampire detective scene..." The show is based around a vampire in hiding, who "got got" decades before the shows inception, and subsequently falls in love with a mortal girl. How sweet. I'm not sure about you, but this un-dead syndrome seems to be going a bit far these days. When, oh when, will this madness end? Perhaps someone should charter a team of vampires to hunt down Mr. Greenwalt and give him a taste of his own medicine. I, for one, will not be watching this show.
