TLC has greenlit production on "Easy Money," a two-hour special exec produced by Blair Underwood and GRB Entertainment ("Growing Up Gotti").

Spec will follow a group of lottery winners in St. Louis, Mo. -- co-workers at a social services office -- to see how their newfound fortune is affecting their lives for better or worse.

Event will serve as a sort of backdoor pilot; TLC has the option of picking up four more hours.

Underwood's producing partner, Tommy Morgan Jr., also will exec produce under the pair's Intrepid production banner.

Underwood next stars in HBO's comedy series "In Treatment." He will also star in and produce the Fox Searchlight pic "My Soul to Keep," based on the Tananarive Due novel.
