From Oscar-winning song writers to reality star losers, craptastic rap group Triple 6 Mafia is making it's way to the small screen with a new reality show entitled "Adventures in Hollywood".  Described as "an amped-up version of HBO’s ‘Entourage'", the show follows Juicy J and DJ Paul, as they move from 'hood of Memphis to the fake-boobie laden streets of Hollywood to try and make a name for themselves.

The group shocked and appalled the entire Oscar-watching world last year as they snagged the Best Song statuette for Hustle 'n' Flow's "It's Hard Out Here For A Pimp".

These are the guys who made a name for themselves in the darkest corners of the underground rap world with a song entitled "Slob on My Knob" so even if MTV Vice-Prez Rod Aissa says "Their perspective is key, and they are very endearing and charming. They live such a different lifestyle that is so at odds with life out here in Los Angeles. They have this urban-Memphis Southern style, and they’re natural comedians", I'm still skeptical.  Seems to me that MTV is shooting for a real fish-out-of-water story, but sadly it'll probably come of as more "black people from the South are funny when you put them amongst civilized hip white people".
