Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett's "On The Lot," the "American Idol" for filmmakers, has some big name talent as its judges - Carrie Fisher, Brett Ratner, Gary Marshal and Jon Avnet will serve for the first round of the show.

The series begins with 50 applicants and their short films. These judges will screen all 50 films, send the filmmakers to go reedit their shorts as well as write and film a one page scene within an hour. Then these judges will whittle the competition down to 18 finalists. Sounds intense.

The winner of the show will receive a $1 million development deal at DreamWorks.
