In a sad bit of irony, RealityTVWorld reports that Rachel Brown, a 41-year-old personal chef who competed in the second season of Hell's Kitchen, was found dead on Wednesday, May 9 (and they're just now announcing it?).
No details have been reported on the cause of death, but Brown was cremated earlier last week and a memorial service is scheduled for Saturday. Brown is survived by her girlfriend.
