Reality TV > Bravo Happy With "Ex"

April 10, 2007

Bravo has given a pilot order to a new reality show entitled "Take My Ex."  The show centers around recently divorced couples, telling their stories from meet to marriage to marital strife to divorce.  The reality spin is that each couple is then given a chance to pick a new mate for their former spouses.

At one point in my life I was pretty sure that Bravo was a network that actually broadcasted quality television, but I'm pretty sure that must of been some sort of "Project Runway" induced fever-dream.  This show sounds interesting in the way that smoking crack sounds interesting.  Sure it'll make you feel good, but after ten minutes your going to find yourself bleeding from your orifices and unable to rile the strength to change the damn channel.
