Reality TV > "Inferno 3" Gets Off to a Punch-Happy Start

The latest installment of MTV's hyper-competitive "Inferno" series got off to a rollicking start when "CT" punched David in the face after asking him if he could take a punch.  After a brief conference, producers decided that CT had to be kicked off the show, so as MTV is want to do, they had a producer roll out of bed and do it on camera in high-dramatic fashion.  MTV does a great job of helping these kids transition into adulthood, a time in our lives when all disputes are resolved by wrestling over a stick.
