America's Next Producer, the TVGuide Channel's new reality show, has its contestants. Neatly pigeon-holed into defined roles such as "The Control Freak" and "The Drama Queen," each producer hopes to win "$100,000 cash, a deal with TV Guide Network and a Hollywood production office."

 

According to TVGuide: The contestants must create compelling TV concepts in different genres each week for judges David Hill (Chairman & CEO, FOX Sports Television Group) and Matt Roush (Senior Television Critic, TV Guide magazine). If it sounds like every other reality show you've ever seen, don't worry! This one has former TRL VJ Ananda Lewis for a host! If that doesn't make you want to watch, I don't know WHAT will.
